"Didn’t Taste Like the Bustelo I’m Used To"
i mean, I ordered this from cafebustelo.com thinking it would be the same as the cans I usually grab in the store, but it just felt off to me. The flavor was kind of flat, and the packaging looked different enough that it made me wonder what was going on. Maybe it’s legit, but it didn’t taste authentic to me. I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Fresh coffee, and they clearly didn’t cut corners"
I ordered from Café Bustelo and the coffee showed up fresh, which I really appreciated. It didn’t taste old or flat like some bags I’ve grabbed from stores before. As soon as I opened it, the smell was great, and it brewed up really nicely. it’s good to see a company send out a product that actually seems like it was handled properly instead of dumping stale stock on customers. I did take off one star because shipping was a bit slower than I was hoping, but the coffee itself was fresh, good, and worth it.

"Good roast, just a little strong"
I really like this roast. Its dark and has that bold flavor I was looking for. If I let it brew too long it can get a bit bitter, but overall its a solid coffee.

"Pretty versatile for home brewing"
I’ve used this in both my moka pot and my drip machine, and it’s worked well in each. I had to play around with the amount a little, but once I got it dialed in, it brewed nice and strong. Based on that, I’d say it’s probably a solid choice for most home setups. My only complaint is that the site could make the grind options a lot clearer

"Packed well, just a tiny dent"
The coffee arrived packaged well. One corner was a little dented, well, not really bad, just noticeable. Nothing spilled or got damaged though, so I’m happy with it overall.

I was able to find my coffee easily, which was nice, and checkout was mostly fine. The only downside was that some of the pages took a bit longer to load than I expected, so the experience was a little mixed for me

I stopped in for my usual coffee and, like I said, they had it in stock again. Ordering was easy, no hassle at all. Like I said, it’s nice when you can just get what you came for and be on your way.

"Too pricey for what it is"
I used to grab Cafe Bustelo often, but i just don’t think it’s worth the price anymore. To me, the coffee is fine, but it’s not so good that I’d pay more for it when I can find cheaper options that taste about the same. Personally, I’m probably moving on to something else.

Cafe Bustelo has basically become part of my daily survival ritual. I buy it regularly, and thankfully, it shows up with the same bold taste and strength almost every time. There was one can that felt a little off, like a tiny plot twist I didn’t ask for, but overall it’s been super dependable for my morning coffee.

"Pretty solid customer service"
I had a little issue with my order and figured I’d just send an email to see what happened. They replied faster than I expected and got it sorted out without turning it into a hassle. The person I dealt with was genuinely nice too, which always helps. I’m sure I’d order from them again.

"Delivery was okay, but slower than expected"
The coffee showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. It just took longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated, which made the wait more annoying. It wasn’t awful or anything, but compared to other orders I’ve had where... yeah, this one felt a little frustrating.

"Got the wrong coffee after waiting around"
I ordered two packs of espresso ground coffee, but when the box showed up, it had one decaf and one whole bean instead. I don’t know how it got mixed up that badly, but it definitely wasn’t what I chose.
Shipping itself was fine, but now I’ve had to waste time getting it sorted out. Customer service did reply eventually, but I had to sit in the queue longer than I expected, which made the whole thing even more annoying for such a simple order.

"Coffee arrived right when I needed it"
My subscription showed up on time, which was a relief because I hate that trapped feeling when I realize I’m almost out of coffee and have no backup. I never ran out, so no complaints here.

"Great for cozy mornings"
The smell is probably my favorite thing about it. As soon as it starts brewing, the whole kitchen gets this rich, cozy aroma that just makes the morning feel nicer. I don’t know if I’d care as much in the afternoon, but first thing in the morning, it really hits the spot.
